What is your return policy?

​

  • We accept returns if you are not satisfied with your order.

  • Return request must be done within 3 working days upon receiving your order. 

  • Please contact us at cc@ruthdegrace.com or drop us a message at FB or Instagram before you return any of your order to us. 

  • Return of your order must be done within 3 working days upon receiving approval email from us.

  • Purchase of sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, and bags are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

  • All shipping fee will borne by customer and will not be refunded.

  • Return must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (intact tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered).

  • Return can only be done one time per order number, meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.

  • Refund would only be done as store credit voucher, strictly no cash refund is allowed.

  • Store credit voucher can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount.

  • You are responsible for the shipping cost and custom duty of returned item.

  • All returned packages should be prepaid parcel (non COD). Any COD parcel will be rejected and returned to your end. 

  • Please return your order via a traceable mode as we'll not be responsible for any lost mail sent.

  • Kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.

  • You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.

  • Please provide us your tracking info once you mail out your returned item.

  • We will email you once we received your returned item and your return request will be processed within 14 working days.

  • We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.

How will my return be reimbursed?

  • You'll receive Store Credit equivalent to the purchase value of the item into your Ruth de Grace account within 14 working days from when we receive your parcel..

  • Store Credit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • Store Credits in Ruth de Grace account do not expire.

  • Store Credit can be used in your next online purchase with us.

How do I return my order?

  • Pack the item(s) and send your parcel using a traceable* mode of delivery to: the address provided by us.

  • Please return your order via a traceable mode as we'll not be responsible for any lost mail sent.

What happens if I’ve returned an order that is not eligible for returns?

  • We'll drop you an email once we've processed your parcel and will have to return your order back to you.

  • You'll be responsible for re-delivery fees incurred under such circumstances.

  • We'll advise on the return fees and re-delivery fees incurred.
